In today’s current economic climate, are you finding it difficult to develop and grow your agency?  Do you rely on referrals and inbound leads alone?  Have you tried to recruit new business staff in the past and found that it didn’t work out?

Our early evening seminar ‘How to devise a robust new business strategy’, is presented by Chris Gallagher (a previous Tack International executive coach), and aims to provide you with a practical framework upon which to base your new business strategy.

This event will look internally and externally to highlight and develop the key components required to deliver successful and consistent growth from your new business channel, including determining your needs, managing internal and external resources, understanding key competencies, and acknowledging key mistakes of other agencies, making sure you don’t repeat them. 

After sharing the insights to what makes up a robust new business strategy, Chris who trains, mentors, and coaches agencies across all communication disciplines, will be available to answer any questions - general or specific to your business.

This seminar is appropriate for Managing Partners and Managing Directors from all agency backgrounds, in addition to anyone involved in the recruitment, motivation and management of new business employees.  Equally people who are looking to develop a new business channel for the first time would benefit from attending.

  • Manage the age old agency problem of retaining your consultative integrity whilst “selling” your agency solution to a new audience.

You will also learn:

  • What the key mistakes agencies make in devising and implementing new business strategies.
  • Which is best for your agency – an in-house new business resource or outsourced partner, or both?
